Subfloor Inspection 
We physically enter and inspect your subfloor (the crawl space beneath your home), checking every stump, bearer, and joist for signs of rot, termite damage, deterioration, or movement. We photograph significant findings.

Floor Levelness Survey 
We take systematic level readings throughout every room in your home, creating a complete picture of how level your floors are and where the most significant movement has occurred.

Crack Assessment  
We assess all visible cracks — measuring their width, noting their direction, and determining whether they’re cosmetic (not a concern) or structural (requiring action). We explain what each crack means.

Moisture and Drainage Check
We assess subfloor ventilation, look for evidence of water pooling or moisture ingress, and identify any drainage issues that may be accelerating stump or timber deterioration.

Written Assessment Report
You receive a written summary of our findings, with photographs, a clear explanation of the issues found, their severity, and our recommendations for remediation — including a range of options from minimal intervention to full remediation.

Within 2 business days, you receive a written assessment report with photographs, findings, severity ratings, and recommendations. This document is yours to keep and share as needed.
